BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE (BCS)

Three Year Integrated Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
The Bachelor of Computer Science was formally announced by the University Of Pune (formerly University of Poona), Maharashtra (India) in 1987 and the first batch of BCS graduates passed out in 1990. Admissions to BCS very competitive. An entrance test is conducted by the University at the various colleges generally int the month of May/June. The test comprises of three sections - Physics,Mathematics and Aptitude. The combination of the result of the entrance test and merit scored at the Junior College (HSC) level is considered while granting to the College.

MASTERS OF COMPUTER SCIENCE (MCS)

Two Year Integrated Master of Computer Science degree.
The Master of Computer Science (MCS) course is a two year full time Post-Graduate course run by University of Pune (formerly University of Poona), Maharashtra (India). This course was started in 1989 by the university. The MCS course is aimed at making thorough bred professionals in computer science. The MCS division also houses a placement cell that takes care of campus placements for MCS graduates. The criterion considered for admission into MCS is based on merit performance at the undergraduate level - Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS)
